Job summary

Gismart is seeking a Creative Producer to develop and manage creative strategies for promoting a mobile app. You will work with Product and UA teams to highlight key features, test ideas, and optimize creatives using analytics and user feedback.

You will organize brainstorms, collaborate with designers, and balance creative execution with performance targets, while staying aligned with current social media trends across networks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a creative producer in performance marketing (6 months+).
• Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs.
• Proven ability to create and implement effective creative strategies.
• Experience with analytics to optimize creatives.

Responsibilities

• Developing creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application.
• Collaborate with Product and UA teams to identify features and advantages and test collaboration approaches to boost performance.
• Optimize creatives based on analytics and user feedback.
• Conduct competitors research to analyze best practices in the market.
• Create advertisements for META, Google and other networks.
• Organize brainstorms with the team.
• Write briefs for UGC and evaluate results for reworks to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to rapidly test ideas.
• Balance creativity with performance goals.
• Demonstrate strong ideation with structured thinking.
• Understand modern trends across social platforms.
