Job summary

Gismart is hiring a Motion Designer to create performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin and Snapchat. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team to iterate on briefs, adapt concepts across formats and languages, and deliver multiple variations weekly.

We value a strong portfolio, 1+ year experience in marketing motion design, and proficiency with After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing
• Portfolio showcasing motion design work (performance marketing video ads a big plus)
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality
• Basic sound design and mixing skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

Responsibilities

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations
• Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences
• Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos
• Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence, with multiple creatives per week
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up production (image/video generation, voice synthesis, asset clean-up) where it makes sense
• Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives
• Portfolio showcasing your motion design work (performance marketing video ads are a big plus)
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work: hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs
• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality
• Basic sound design and mixing skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

Would be a plus

• Hands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)
• llustrator and Figma for static assets
• Background producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives
• Experience writing plugins or scripts to automate and optimize your own and your team's workflow
