Salary: up to £48K plus 15% bonus

Role
You're a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Creative Project Manager within an in-house creative team. The role centres on overseeing the briefing process across various brands, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management by streamlining the creative briefing process across multiple brands, developing clear and actionable briefs whilst working with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to assign task and monitor progress.
- Drive strategic planning by developing a roadmap of design needs across all brands, anticipating peak periods, allocating resources effectively, forecasting team requirements with the Head of Creative.
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines, project objectives, and quality standards.
- Team collaboration with internal departments and external freelancers to build strong relationships.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Trello, Asana, orMonday.com.
- Experience managing creative teams.
- Strong understanding of branding and design principles, with a solid grasp of creative workflows and processes.
