As a Creative Planner within the Zest team at Sainsbury’s, you will shape strategic and creative campaigns for brands such as Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop consumer-centric campaigns, leveraging research, audience insights, and strategic planning to deliver impactful creative solutions that boost brand favorability and market presence. We foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning, aiming to make a tangible impact on our brands’ success.

What you'll do

As the Creative Planner, your key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated campaign strategies across multiple channels, creating compelling creative briefs based on insights, ensuring strategic consistency across brands, and fostering strong relationships with teams and stakeholders. You will champion research and performance insights, inspire creative innovation, and contribute to the successful delivery of engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business results.
