Job summary

University of the Arts London is seeking an entry‑level Spark community assistant to engage with current students and creatives in London. The role focuses on conversations and building relations across CSM courses and clubs, guiding people from the first chat to a live profile.

Expect around 6 hours a week with pay between £400 and £1,000 monthly, depending on performance. You’ll help curate events, contribute to the launch party in January, and support partnerships across Fashion, Graphic

Qualifications

• Current CSM student
• Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships with new people
• Experience in events, community, partnerships or the creative industries is desirable
• Entry-level; no prior work experience required

Responsibilities

• Bring creatives onto Spark through 1:1 conversations, from first chat to a live profile
• Build relationships across CSM’s courses, societies and course reps in Fashion, Graphic Design, Fine Art and Photography
• Help curate Spark’s launch party in January
