We're working with an independent beauty brand that’s scaling quickly, growing its audience, launching new products, and building a creative engine to match. This is a company that values storytelling, fast execution, and a high bar for craft, especially across video and performance creative.

To support that growth, they’re hiring a Creative Operations Manager to help bring structure to an increasingly busy content pipeline. This isn’t just another project manager role - we’re looking for someone who understands the pace and nuance of DTC creative, and knows how to keep things moving without cutting corners

YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the creative process. You'll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track - from initial brief to final delivery - ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work closely with creative leads, editors, and brand stakeholders to manage timelines, coordinate feedback, and maintain a clear view of what’s happening across multiple workstreams.

This is a full-time contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Build and maintain a streamlined asset management system that improves team efficiency, reduces versioning errors, and keeps creative files organized and easy to access
  • Oversee the end-to-end ad production pipeline to ensure projects move smoothly from brief to delivery, hitting deadlines and maintaining a high creative standard
  • Own the first round of revisions and QA to ensure every asset meets brand guidelines, platform specs, and performance goals before it goes live
  • Partner with the UGC Manager and media team to align production with creative strategy, prioritizing high-impact requests and enabling fast iteration on top performers
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks early and implement process improvements that keep the creative machine running without delays
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates — increasing visibility across teams and reducing miscommunication or last-minute surprises
WHO YOU ARE
  • 2–3+ years in a Creative Operations Manager role at a DTC brand or creative agency
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5+ video editors
  • Hands-on with video workflows and revision cycles (especially in performance marketing or direct-response contexts)
  • Meticulous, deadline-driven, and passionate about process improvement
  • Clear communicator who thrives in remote, high-speed creative teams
  • Understanding of ad testing frameworks and performance data (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Previous experience in UGC ad production or direct-response video editing
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days In: You’ve taken full ownership of the creative pipeline, implemented a streamlined asset management system, and established a rhythm with editors and stakeholders. Everyone knows what’s due and when.

60 Days In: You’re optimizing workflows, proactively solving bottlenecks, and accelerating production timelines. You’re QAing ads before they hit media buying, and iteration cycles are noticeably faster and smoother.

90 Days In: You’ve become the heartbeat of creative ops. Editors are more efficient, output is higher, revisions are sharper, and your systems are helping scale high-performing ads across the board.
