Your mission is to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the creative process. You'll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track - from initial brief to final delivery - ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work closely with creative leads, editors, and brand stakeholders to manage timelines, coordinate feedback, and maintain a clear view of what’s happening across multiple workstreams.
This is a full-time contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.
30 Days In: You’ve taken full ownership of the creative pipeline, implemented a streamlined asset management system, and established a rhythm with editors and stakeholders. Everyone knows what’s due and when.
60 Days In: You’re optimizing workflows, proactively solving bottlenecks, and accelerating production timelines. You’re QAing ads before they hit media buying, and iteration cycles are noticeably faster and smoother.
90 Days In: You’ve become the heartbeat of creative ops. Editors are more efficient, output is higher, revisions are sharper, and your systems are helping scale high-performing ads across the board.
