CuspAI is seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to bring our visual identity in house and own the branding globally. You will build and maintain scalable design systems and templates in Figma, empowering teams to create on-brand assets.

Initially you will execute high-impact collateral, event assets, and branding touchpoints, then scale the function by directing external agencies and growing an in-house design team, partnering with communications, PMM, events, and partnerships.

Formación

• 7+ years of visual design or graphic design experience in senior or lead roles.
• Multiskilled across brand identity, digital, print, and presentation design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience steering art direction and design leadership for large-scale initiatives.
• Fluency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and AI tools; experience building reusable design systems.
• Ability to balance high-level creative direction with hands-on production design in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, presenting creative concepts to exec leadership and partners.
• Interest in materials science, climate tech, and AI applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own CuspAI’s brand and lead updates to visual identity systems and guidelines.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and templates in Figma.
• Design high-quality decks, one-pagers, reports, and collateral for leadership, sales, partnerships, and recruitment.
• Direct art direction for major campaigns, partner announcements, and events; ensure consistent visual storytelling.
• Manage external freelancers/agencies now and plan to hire and mentor future designers as the function grows.
• Collaborate with Communications, PMM, Events, and Partnerships to support broader commercial objectives.
