Job description

Design that gets noticed. Creative that gets results.

We're looking for a Lead Designer to join a growing global SaaS business and play a key role in how its brand shows up across digital channels.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed a brief and asked to make it look good. You'll have a genuine opportunity to shape creative direction, influence campaigns and use design to drive engagement, conversion and commercial growth.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll bring ideas to life across everything from paid campaigns and social content to landing pages, eBooks, video and motion. You'll also help evolve the brand, introduce new ways of working and make sure creative stays consistent, relevant and effective across multiple markets.

It's a hands-on role with plenty of ownership, creative freedom and visibility.

Day to Day
  • Own the design process from initial concept through to final delivery across a wide range of digital channels.
  • Create engaging creative for paid media, social, email, websites, campaigns, eBooks, presentations, infographics and more.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that translate across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Help shape and evolve global brand guidelines, ensuring the brand remains consistent while allowing creative to flex by channel and market.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, paid media, SEO, content and campaign teams to create work that doesn't just look great, but performs.
  • Use campaign and performance data to understand what's working and continuously improve creative output.
  • Bring motion and animation into campaigns where it adds value, creating more engaging digital experiences.
  • Work with external agencies and creative partners where required, maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
  • Support and provide creative direction to designers working across different regions.
  • Keep up to date with emerging design trends, technology and AI tools and identify opportunities to make the creative process faster and smarter.
  • Help build a culture of experimentation, where creative ideas are tested, measured and improved.
YOU?

You'll be an experienced digital designer who understands that great creative is about more than aesthetics.

You'll ideally have:
  • 5-8 years' commercial graphic/digital design experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, B2B or another performance-led environment.
  • A strong portfolio showing creative across multiple digital channels.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience creating and managing templates in Canva.
  • Experience with motion or animation tools such as After Effects would be a bonus.
  • A strong understanding of how creative needs to adapt across paid social, organic social, web, email and other digital channels.
  • An interest in using AI and emerging creative technology to improve ideas, output and efficiency. Experience with tools such as Runway or Veo would be advantageous.
  • The ability to take a brief, challenge it where needed and turn it into creative that delivers.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across marketing and the wider business.
  • Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • A good eye for detail and a genuine passion for producing high-quality creative.
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline is desirable, but your portfolio and commercial experience matter more.
Why this role?

You'll have the opportunity to make a real mark on a growing global brand.

You'll work across a broad mix of projects, have visibility with senior stakeholders and collaborate with talented people across design, content, digital, performance and marketing.

Most importantly, your work won't disappear into a marketing folder. You'll be able to see how your creative contributes to campaigns, engagement, leads and revenue.

If you're a designer who wants more ownership, more creative influence and the opportunity to connect creativity with commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.
