Job summary

Craft is a brand and digital studio crafting identity systems for leading tech and consumer brands. We seek a Senior Brand Designer in the UK to push brand thinking from strategy through to finished identity and art direction.

You will lead end-to-end brand projects, run creative sessions, build and present client work, and mentor junior designers toward senior levels. Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pitch is essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio-led work focused on identity systems and brand thinking.
• Experience delivering brand work from strategy through to execution.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and elevate team output.

Responsibilities

• Author brand systems end to end from strategy to identity.
• Lead client meetings and present work to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-weight designers to raise output.
• Collaborate across projects from global brands to startups.
