Job summary

evoke, the AI-powered creative studio, is seeking a Creative Lead in Leeds to own campaign direction end-to-end across TV, digital, social, retail and performance channels. You’ll prototype rapidly using AI tools, inspire diverse teams, and shape breakthrough ideas from concept to execution.

We’re looking for a leader who can translate business objectives into innovative, audience-focused campaigns while maintaining brand integrity and high creative standards. Hybrid work model offered in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Creative Lead, Senior Art Director or similar role delivering integrated campaigns.
• Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaign work across digital, social, video and advertising.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into innovative, audience-focused ideas.
• Experience using AI tools for concept development, visualization and prototyping.
