Job summary

Evoke, part of 888 Holdings, is recruiting a Creative Lead in Leeds to own campaign direction end-to-end, blending creative thinking with AI-enabled production. You will lead multi-format concepts across TV, digital, social and retail, shaping ideas into compelling pitches.

You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, translate objectives into audience-focused ideas, and ensure outputs align with brand identity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Creative Lead, Senior Art Director or similar role delivering integrated campaigns.
• Portfolio showcasing multi‑channel campaign work across digital, social, video and advertising.
• Ability to turn marketing objectives into innovative, audience‑focused creative ideas.
• Experience using AI tools for concept development, visualisation and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and development of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, retail and performance channels.
• Translate business objectives, audience insight and market trends into compelling campaign concepts.
• Use AI tools to research, prototype and visualise ideas, producing engaging pitch materials and concept mock-ups.
• Create multi-format concept explorations including mood films, storyboards, animation tests and video prototypes.
• Own campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency, quality and creative excellence.
• Present creative ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and commercial rationale.
• Direct and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear briefs, feedback and creative leadership.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring outputs align with brand identity, compliance requirements and quality standards.
