Job summary

Trust in SODA in Norwich is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to create commercial digital content across channels, from social campaigns to website graphics and prize imagery. You will work with the content, paid media and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity.

The role requires a strong portfolio, expert Photoshop and Illustrator skills, and a good eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition, plus the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a graphic design or digital design role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and digital design work.
• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• A good understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• An understanding of social media and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Graphics for marketing campaigns and social media advertising
• Promotional artwork for new competitions
• Prize thumbnails covering cars, cash, technology and luxury products
• Visual themes and supporting assets for interactive games
• Editing and retouching car, property and product photography
• Adapting artwork for websites, email, social media and paid advertising
• Creating backgrounds, concepts and creative variations using AI tools where appropriate
• Maintaining a consistent visual identity across all brand artwork
