Job summary

In Digital in Covent Garden seeks a mid-weight Graphic Designer with 2–5 years’ experience to create digital assets across paid social, display, email, and landing pages, from concept to final delivery.

You will work directly with clients in a fast-paced agency, presenting work, taking feedback, mentoring junior designers, and helping raise output quality. The role offers flexible working, including working abroad, and a competitive salary with bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ graphic design experience in agency or in-house.
• Portfolio showing digital design across paid social, display and email.
• Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• After Effects for simple animation is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and taking feedback.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Understanding of how creative performs in digital channels.
• Ability to work across multiple formats and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and production across paid social, display, email, and landing pages.
• Respond to briefs with creative routes and layout.
• Maintain brand templates and design systems.
• Scale assets across formats and platforms.
• Light motion via simple animations with motion designers.
• Direct client communication and present work.
• Mentor junior designers and review outputs.
• Create test variants and feed learnings.
• Manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced agency.
