Job summary

Goodwood is seeking an Event Content Planner to help plan and deliver signature events such as Goodwoof, the Magnolia Cup, Nucleus, Qatar Goodwood Festival and Doghouse events. You’ll drive content development, coordinate speakers and partners, and ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery.

The role involves close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Communications and Operations teams, strong stakeholder management, and representing Goodwood as a host and ambassador during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating large events with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills demonstrated in past roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, planning and coordination of Goodwoof content.
• Research and develop engaging event content, speakers and partners.
• Manage participant, guest and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Support activations and sponsorship opportunities.
• Act as liaison for Magnolia Cup jockeys throughout the event journey.
• Contribute to post-event reviews and future planning.
• Represent Goodwood as host and ambassador during events.
