Job summary

The Goodwood Estate Company Limited is seeking a highly organised Partnership Manager to own a portfolio of commercial partners and ensure successful activations, campaigns, hospitality experiences and events. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver unforgettable partner experiences and drive retention and long-term success.

You will manage activation plans, budgets and on-site delivery while coordinating rights across events and channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership delivery, sponsorship fulfilment or account management.
• Strong planning, coordination and detail orientation.
• Experience delivering activations, events or sponsorships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and budget handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver activation plans and project timelines for partnerships.
• Coordinate sponsorship rights across events, hospitality and channels.
• Onboard new partners and manage partner activation delivery on-site.
• Prepare partnership reports, rights trackers and performance summaries.
• Manage budgets, POs and partnership administration.
