Job summary

Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff is seeking a Creative Development Producer to join our Arts and Engagement team and support artists through Forge, our artist development programme. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery across three strands and help connect artists with mentors and opportunities across Wales’ creative sector.

You’ll work with our Senior Producer to manage budgets, schedules and programme activity, ensuring artists receive an outstanding experience and strengthening

Qualifications

• Experience working with artists, creative practitioners or the development of new work.
• Strong project coordination and administration skills including managing budgets, schedules and project plans.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills and a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Develop your Practice, Develop your Idea, Develop your Project; coordinate day-to-day delivery for artists across three strands.
• Manage open calls, artist communications, budgets, schedules and programme activity to ensure an outstanding experience for artists.
