The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer to bring the TryHackMe brand to life through fresh, bold, and polished design work across marketing, content, and brand touchpoints. You’ll help ensure every visual output feels aligned with our mission—to make cybersecurity education accessible, intuitive, and exciting.
Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for producing compelling visual content across both digital and print formats, working closely with teams in Marketing, Growth, and Content.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design static and motion assets for social media, emails, ads, landing pages, and events
- Support development and rollout of brand guidelines and templates
- Translate briefs into clear, on-brand creative that drives performance
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure visual consistency across all materials
- Contribute ideas in brainstorms and creative reviews
- Prepare assets for developers, vendors, or other stakeholders
- Work with external partners when needed (e.g., illustrators, motion designers)
Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in graphic or visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and high-performing digital work
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- A keen eye for typography, layout, and brand systems
- Comfortable working from briefs and iterating based on feedback
- Experience with social-first, performance-focused campaigns is a plus
- Bonus if you’ve worked in a start-up or fast-paced environment
- Bonus if you’re familiar with cybersecurity, gaming, or tech audiences
