We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who knows how to stop the scroll. You’ll create high-performing visuals for paid social (Google) — sharp hooks, clear messages, and emotional storytelling.

What you’ll do:

• Design ad creatives in 1x1, 4x5, 9x16, and 16x9 formats
• Produce up to 75 creatives per week (new ideas + variations)
• Use AI tools (Midjourney and others) to speed up workflows

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Figma and Photoshop skills (After Effects is a bonus)
• Experience as a graphic designer of 1.5+ years
• Deep understanding of ad structure: hook → emotion → CTA
• Visual storytelling, composition, and typography sense
• Awareness of visual trends on Google Ads
• English at least at the B2 level
• Ability to collaborate with A-players in a growth team
• Motivation and willingness to execute in the most competitive market with such companies as OpenAI, Perplexity, Character AI, and others who don’t and won’t stop innovating just like us
• Outcome-driven work approach and result-oriented attitude
• No fears in working in non-existent niches: yesterday there was no one, today we are the first player, and tomorrow we are grinding through dozens of competitors like us
