As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for both your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

What You Bring:

  • Dedication to delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
  • Experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Commitment to building a coaching culture and fostering professional growth within your team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
