Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

  • Dedication to delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is skilled and motivated
  • Experience in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • A commitment to building a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development
  • A proactive problem solver, quick thinker, and decisive leader

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
