Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

About You
  • Focus on creating a caring environment where your team feels valued and supported, nurturing talent and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedicated to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
  • Understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Committed to personal and professional growth within your team.
  • A forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
What We Look For
  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have considerate and supportive conversations.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
  • Knowledge of kitchen financial performance, including GP and stock control.
  • Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive, respectful environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
