Your team: The Studio teams include creative leads, art directors, project managers, video producers, picture editors, sub-editors, and sales, delivering a blend of editorial, branding, social sharing, and interactive content. Our diverse expertise helps us craft compelling stories.

The Studio / Creative Co-ordinator is an internal role supporting the Heads of Creative Direction and the Director of Studio in managing the creative studio efficiently.

Your role: Supporting and managing workflows, processes, and administrative support for the Creative Directors and teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, high-standard branded content campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  1. Allocate and log resources across pitches and live projects, supporting Creative Directors (CDs).
  2. Assist CDs with monitoring tools like Smartsheet to ensure balanced workloads.
  3. Produce reports on project wins/losses.
  4. Coordinate training sessions for creative teams as needed.
  5. Maintain weekly communication with CDs to manage workflow.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience with production and editorial workflows.
  • Proficiency in Smart Sheets, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
  • Ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Strong process management skills.
