The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Communications professional to provide day-to-day internal and external communications support. You will collaborate with the Communications Manager to deliver high-quality campaigns, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure messages reach varied audiences across multiple channels with creativity and diplomacy.

You will work closely with diverse teams, balancing stakeholder expectations while maintaining compassion

Qualifications

• Internal candidate status for current NHS staff only.
• Experience in corporate or internal communications is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns to tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-standard communications support for internal and external campaigns within timescales and budgets.
• Coordinate information flow across the organisation, from corporate updates to news items.
• Proactively horizon-scan to maximise campaign impact across channels.
• Support leadership plans for external and internal communications, including promotions and consultations.
• Lead on specific campaigns, including filming and editing video to convey messages clearly.
• Ensure messages reach the right audience through the most effective channels at the right time.
