Studio Modou in Glasgow is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a kitchen that shapes the future identity of a bold and imaginative brand. You will lead your station, craft inventive dishes and mentor junior members while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.

Collaborate on seasonal menus with local suppliers, support stock control and health and safety, and work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Lead your station, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely delivery
• Support and guide junior members of the kitchen team
• Maintain exceptional standards of taste, presentation and quality
• Collaborate on menu development using seasonal and local ingredients
• Assist with stock management, ordering and reducing food waste
• Uphold health and safety standards and keep a clean, organised kitchen
• Take part in training and mentoring to support the growth of the wider team
• Resolve service challenges with calm, efficient problem solving
• Engage with front of house to ensure smooth service and communication
• Execute each dish with precision, maintaining the menu vision
