Job summary

Engine Recruitment Ltd in Essex is seeking an Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to support client accounts in a creative agency environment. You will work with clients, creatives and strategists to bring campaigns to life and develop within a fast-moving team.

You will handle briefs, coordinate timelines, contribute ideas and help shape campaigns across print, digital, social and experiential projects, while learning to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative, branding, advertising or integrated marketing agency.
• Understanding of creative and marketing processes from briefing to delivery.
• Confidence managing day-to-day client communication, project timings and internal coordination.
• Interest in strategy, brand storytelling, content, digital, social and campaign development.
• Ability to contribute ideas and shape client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of client accounts and assist senior team members.
• Interpret briefs and prepare estimates, coordinate creative development and ensure deadlines.
• Keep clients informed and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
• Contribute ideas and help shape effective client solutions across campaigns.
• Work on creative campaigns, print materials, digital projects, social media and events.
