Job summary

The Arts Club in the United Kingdom seeks a Casual Bartender to join our bar team. You will ensure smooth service during your shift, maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for Members and Guests.

As part of a vibrant club environment, you will know the full drinks menu, upsell where appropriate, handle transactions accurately, and communicate with Reception and other departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced bar environment preferred.
• Excellent personal hygiene and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and upselling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for service.
• Know the drinks menu inside out to assist Members and Guests.
• Take and serve orders promptly with accuracy and speed.
• Upsell using product knowledge to enhance guest experience.
• Process transactions according to Club procedures.
• Coordinate with Reception and departments for guest events.
