Qualifications

• Experience leading a bartending team and maintaining service standards.
• In-depth knowledge of beverages, glassware, and pour techniques.
• Ability to manage bar operations and stock with minimal waste.

• Strong upselling and product knowledge to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operation and ensure service aligns with standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support bartenders and barbacks for high performance.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures meet Manager requirements.
• Serve as primary link between bar team and management.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle requests promptly.
• Ensure accurate billing and smooth processing of transactions.
• Drive sales through upselling and product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all bar areas.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
• Ensure hygiene, health and safety, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless member experience.
• Lead by example with professionalism and initiative.
