Job summary

Access Industry is seeking an Apprenticeships Account Manager to expand our employer footprint across the UK, delivering high-value partnerships in the Creative Industries. The role combines hybrid working with national travel and a clear path to uncapped commission, aligned to strong sales performance.

The base salary is £34k–£38k FTE plus uncapped commission, with a focus on developing our flagship Creative Industries provision and broader vocational training markets.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in apprenticeship sales, business development and employer account management.
• Strong pipeline management and consultative selling with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of Creative/Cultural or vocational training markets, or a strong network in related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business by identifying and engaging prospective employers and converting opportunities into apprenticeship starts.
• Manage & Grow Accounts by nurturing employer partnerships and expanding levy/non-levy spend.
• Champion Creative & Vocational Talent by aligning solutions with employer skills gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruitment, Onboarding, Marketing, Curriculum and Delivery teams through lead generation to enrolment.
