Job summary

Tag is seeking a motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join the client account team in a hybrid role. You will assist Account Directors and Managers with administrative tasks, learn Tag’s production processes, and support coordination of campaigns across print, digital, audio and moving image.

The role offers hands-on training and mentorship in a creative production environment. You’ll gain experience working with internal shared services and production teams, developing skills in data

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the account team
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and minute-taking
• Data entry and maintenance of client records in internal systems
• Support project coordination and briefing across teams
• Assist with monthly reports and client presentations
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and production teams to ensure smooth operations
