Job summary

Priory Group is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Mather Fold House in Preston. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with a pay of £13.45 per hour and is based at the High Walton suburb location. You will join a compassionate team supporting adults with diverse needs.

You will plan and run individualised activities, facilitate group programmes, and contribute to a positive wellbeing environment for residents. Ideally you hold a driving licence and have relevant care-experience.

Qualifications

• GCSE/O-Level (A–C) or NVQ Level 2 required.
• Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Role requires strong communication, listening and observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares plans and delivers a wide range of activities tailored to individuals.
• Provides group activities to foster resident engagement.
• Participates in site-wide and home programmes with manager approval.
• Creatively plans activities to meet residents' needs.
