Job summary

Bowood Court Care Home is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance residents' wellbeing by delivering engaging activities. You will plan, organise and deliver a varied programme for residents, with group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needs and life experiences.

You will work closely with residents, families and colleagues, encourage participation and maintain activity records. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and a willingness to work alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Ability to plan and deliver group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents' needs.
• Understanding of person-centred care and promoting wellbeing.
