Responsibilities

• Organise varied activities within the Home for diverse residents.
• Meet targets to improve residents' lives including 'Resident of the Day'.
• Work with local community groups and wider local area.
• Bring energy and ideas to residents' lives and foster relationships.
• Coordinate trips and experiences for small groups and individuals.
• Arrange key events and seasonal/charity events.
