Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to join Chapel Road. You will plan and run engaging activities for residents with complex health needs, including arts, crafts, music sessions, games, gentle exercise and community outings, helping them stay active and engaged.

The role offers a permanent contract for 20 to 36 hours per week with interview discussions on hours. Benefits include a £250 welcome bonus, paid qualifications, and 24/7 GP and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• A caring, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Creativity and confidence to lead group and one-to-one activities.
• An interest in working with elderly people and people living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead group and one-to-one activities for residents.
• Support residents to stay active, connected and engaged through arts, crafts, music, games, and outings.
• Contribute to person-centred activity planning tailored to individual interests and needs.
