Job summary

Nightingale care home in Wakefield, part of Agincare, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and lead activities that bring joy to residents. You’ll design games, crafts, outings and social events, with shifts 10:00–16:00 and a 24-hour weekly commitment.

We welcome a warm, creative, people‑focused personality; right to work in the UK for at least 12 months; visa sponsorship not available. Pay is £12.72 per hour, with funded training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Availability to commit to 24 hours per week to include alternative weekends.
• Working 6 hours shifts from 10am to 4pm – some flexibility with hours.
• Warm, creative, people-focused personality.
• Background in care sector with planning, social engagement and events is desirable.
