Job summary

Nightingale care home in England is seeking an Activities Coordinator to turn creativity into joyful moments for residents. Plan and lead activities, games, crafts and social events, with 24 hours per week, 6-hour shifts 10am–4pm.

The role offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension and on-demand pay. Applicants should have right to work in the UK for 12 months and be able to commit to weekends.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
  • Availability to commit to 24 hours per week including alternate weekends.
  • Working 6 hours shifts from 10am to 4pm with some flexibility.
  • Warm, creative, people-focused personality.
  • Background in care sector with planning and social engagement desirable.

All you need
  • Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months
  • The availability to commit to 24 hours per week to include alternative weekends
  • Working 6 hours shifts from 10am to 4pm - there is some flexibility with the working hours
  • A warm , creative, people-focused personality
  • A background working within the care sector which includes planning, putting activities in place, social engagement and participation in events would be desirable
