Job summary

Oakbank Care Home in Crieff is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to develop and run a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities that promote wellbeing and social interaction. You will tailor activities to individual interests, abilities and care needs, including residents living with dementia.

Work as part of a supportive team and receive training and a contract that includes PVG, pension and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• Creative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in activities or similar role is beneficial, transferable skills welcomed.
