Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking an Activities Coordinator in Bournemouth to design and run engaging daily activities for residents, drawing on arts, theatre, music, hospitality, and events. You will craft programmes that foster wellbeing and socialisation within our care home and lead a team of volunteers.

As an integral part of the team, you will report to the Home Manager/Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager, bringing creativity, empathy, and strong organisational skills to every

Qualifications

Formal qualification in leisure, lifestyle, hospitality or event management is an advantage.
Experience as Lifestyle Coordinator, Activities Coordinator or similar in care/community/leisure/hospitality/event management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and implement diverse daily activities for residents to enhance wellbeing.
Plan activities that promote socialisation and harmony across the home.
Lead group activities and manage volunteers.
Report to Home Manager/Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager.
