Job summary

Wolviston Management Services are recruiting a Crane Service Manager to lead the Service Engineering Division in Teesside. You will drive day-to-day operations, coordinate engineers and ensure high standards of safety and service delivery.

The role requires strong engineering knowledge, leadership and a commercially aware approach, with responsibility for budgets, billing and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service/engineering teams in cranes or lifting equipment.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent).
• Strong planning and cost-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of the Service Engineering Division.
• Coordinate engineers, oversee maintenance and breakdown activities.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure safety, delivery and commercial performance.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and service costings.
• Manage budgets, labour, costs and invoicing.
