Job summary

Middlesbrough College is seeking a Craft Assistant to support our Catering and Hospitality areas. This part-time, term-time role is 11 hours per week within a busy learning environment, ensuring spaces and resources are ready for practical sessions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience

• Experience of working within a catering, hospitality or commercial kitchen environment.

• Experience of preparing equipment, materials and resources for practical activities.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene requirements.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
