Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a caring and reliable support worker to help people live independently and with dignity. You will assist clients with daily tasks, support personal goals, and help them participate in activities while maintaining a safe home environment.

This role includes personal care support, DBS checks, and coordinating with a team to review progress and set goals. It is a temporary 12-month contract, 32 hours per week, with day/evening shifts and DBS-paid clearance.

The practical bits

• Temporary (12 months contract), part time (32 hpw).
• Where we're flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
• You'll work day shifts, evening shifts (finishing at 8pm), and sleep-in shifts.
• You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
