Job summary

Home Group is seeking a CQC Registered Manager in Northumberland to lead a dedicated care team and drive high standards of care in line with regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes safeguarding, collaboration with health and social care partners, and strong rota/on-call management to ensure reliable services.

You will develop and share expertise across the team, support colleagues to grow, and uphold the high standards our customers deserve.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and how to apply them.
• Experience building open, honest cultures and encouraging reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to ensure members feel confident and able to help customers.
• Review care plans and act on feedback to keep quality high.
• Take the lead on safeguarding, spotting risks and ensuring safety.
• Build strong links with health, social care and community partners.
• Organise rotas and on-call cover, keeping scheduling fair and flexible.
• Use IT tools to track outcomes and share clear insights.
