Prestige Nursing & Care Enfield is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Branch Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Enfield. You will ensure safe, effective and person-centred care, while driving quality, governance and operational performance.

The role involves building strong client relationships and managing a high-performing branch. You will work closely with the Franchise Director and leadership team, overseeing care planning, safeguarding, audits and continuous improvement to

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in domiciliary/home care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and adult social care legislation.
• Experience leading and developing care teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, families and professionals.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day governance, quality and regulatory compliance of the domiciliary service.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and staff development.
• Ensure safe, personalised and high-quality care with strong client outcomes.
• Manage branch operations, rostering, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Develop the Enfield service and build referral networks.
