You will oversee compliance with CQC regulations, safety, infection control, and service quality while developing multidisciplinary teams and enhancing patient pathways from consultation to treatment.

• Oversee all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning aligned with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and industry best practices
• Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences and maintain high staff engagement
• Ensure strict compliance with legal, health & safety, infection control, and clinical governance standards across all departments
• Manage patient pathways from consultation through treatment, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction at every stage
