Job summary

Ainscough Crane Hire Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our depot. You will operate mobile cranes safely and professionally, delivering a first‑class service to our customers.

You’ll hold a CPCS Blue Card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation, a full UK driving licence and knowledge of wind and weather effects on lifts. We offer training and career development in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• You’ll have the experience and qualifications to operate safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes safely and professionally on site.
• Set up outriggers correctly and safely.
• Carry out pre‑use and operational checks.
• Liaise with Site Managers and Project Managers on arrival on site.
• Read crane duty charts and relevant documentation.
• Assess wind and environmental conditions for safe lifting.
• Stop operations if conditions are unsafe.
• Maintain PPE and safety standards.
