Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator for our Aberdeen depot. You will operate cranes safely, set up outriggers, and perform checks while delivering first-class service to customers.

Required CPCS Blue Card with Mobile Crane authorisation, UK driving licence, and proven crane experience. Join a company committed to safety and career development, with a strong regional footprint.

Qualifications

• CPCS Blue Card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation.
• Full UK driving licence and HGV Class C.
• Proven experience operating mobile cranes and understanding wind effects on loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes safely and professionally on client sites.
• Set up and use outriggers correctly and safely.
• Check rated capacity limiter and indicator.
• Perform pre-use and operational checks.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Project Managers on arrival.
• Read crane duty charts and relevant documentation.
• Assess wind and weather conditions affecting loads.
• Stop operations if conditions are unsafe.
• Maintain PPE and high safety standards.
• Keep crane and related documentation up to date.
