Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic, creative chefs to join our award-winning culinary team on a casual, as-needed basis. You will work across our kitchens delivering high standards of food, service and safety.

A hands-on approach, experience in quality establishments, and a keen eye for keeping a clean, well-organised kitchen are essential. Interviews may be conducted via video link.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality food service establishment
• A hands-on approach
• Preparing and serving all food as per standard
• Ensuring that the kitchen is clean at any given time
• Stock is labelled and rotated
• Liaising with the Supervisor for other requirements
• Brings all problems to the attention of the Supervisor
• Ensures that all stock is stored properly

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to the required standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
• Label and rotate stock to ensure freshness and safety.
• Liaise with the Supervisor for any additional requirements.
• Raise issues to the Supervisor promptly and professionally.
• Ensure proper storage of all stock to prevent waste and contamination.
