Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking enthusiastic, creative Chefs to join our award-winning culinary team on a casual basis across our Welsh hotels. We are looking for Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie with a hands-on approach, experience in quality food service, and a relevant Food Hygiene qualification to help deliver outstanding hospitality to our guests.

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Chefs to join our talented, award winning culinary team on a casual basis.

We are looking for Chefs of the following levels:

• Commis Chef
• Demi Chef de Partie
• Chef de Partie

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …

WHAT YOU’LL DO …

• Preparing and serving all food as per standard
• Ensuring that the kitchen is clean at any given time
• Making sure that all stock is labelled and rotated
• Liasing with the Supervisor, for any other requirements
• Brings all problems to the attention of the Supervisor
• Ensures that all stock is stored in a proper manner

We are a COVID safe employer! On your first day you will undergo full training and guidance in how to work safely. You will be provided with all the tools you need to keep yourself and our guests safe. You will receive a warm welcome and induction on day one as well as on-going training and support within your department.
