Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting Cover Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in various locations in the United Kingdom. Opportunities include short-term and day-to-day cover with potential for ongoing assignments based on availability.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification relevant to the role.
• Have experience teaching in a school environment and be confident delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, where appropriate.
• Have a passion for teaching and supporting pupils' learning and development.
• Be confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and other professionals.
• Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable when working across different schools and responding to varying classroom needs.
