Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Cover Teacher to support local secondary schools with general subjects. You will supervise classes when the teacher is absent, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and help students stay focused and engaged.

We offer ad hoc daily work to fit your availability, competitive daily rates, and a £100 joining fee once cleared. Referral bonuses of up to £250 are also available, with ongoing guidance from your Aspire People consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience with secondary-aged pupils in schools, tutoring or youth work.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, reliable and confident approach; DBS on update service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

The Role:
