Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Cover Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in various locations. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and keep pupils engaged in the absence of their usual class teacher.

We offer flexible, short-term and day-to-day cover with ongoing assignments to suit your availability, a dedicated consultant, and guidance on CV and interview techniques to support your career development.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification relevant to the role.
• Experience teaching in a school environment and confident delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and supporting pupils' learning and development.
• Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable when working across different schools.
